Hudson and Essex is the premier restaurant of Mansfield’s rustbelt revitalization. Our sleek elegant space showcases a distinctive menu featuring local purveyors and wine from our own Cypress Hill Winery. Our menu changes with the seasons to keep our food fresh while keeping the customer favorites available all year.

Cypress Hill Winery is a boutique winery located beneath Hudson & Essex in the Carousel District of Mansfield, Ohio that remains loyal to the passion and the art of California wine. Family, friends (new and old), connoisseurs and novices alike are welcome. Join us! We look forward to meeting you.

The Deli

“Simple Fresh” is what describes our deli. Hand-cut steaks, seafood, sausage, and more. We have Grab-n-Go offerings that are perfect for a quick bite. Our ToGo Hub is located in the deli for you to enjoy high-quality food at home. Take out, or curbside. We have you covered. Lunch, dinner, and brunch menus are all available to order online through our toast app.

Allow us to simplify your search for a new and unique fine dining experience that you're not going to find anywhere else. Atmosphere is built into the  historic underground Caverns that Prohibition resides within. Combine that with the uncompromising service of Hudson & Essex and the Cypress Hill Winery and you're in for an incredible experience.  This unique experience includes an 8 course meal handcrafted and created by our Culinary Team. Seating available for dinner Friday and Saturday evenings only. All reservations must be prepaid. Prices are $190 with wine, $165 without. Gratuity and taxes included.
